Calibration Engineer

Key Responsibilities Joining Rhopoint Metrology as a Calibration Engineer, you will undertake calibration and measurements in accordance with UKAS Calibration procedures, Traceable calibration procedures as well as Customers specific requirements and specifications. You will maintain all relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable format utilizing our calibration and database management Indysoft. Calibration of Measuring equipment in varying disciplines including:
Dimensional, Mechanical, Electrical DC & LF, Temperature, Torque, Pressure, Mass, (list non exhaustive). Requirements Preferred requirements Previous experience working in a Calibration Laboratory Electrical Calibration DC/LF Equipment to UKAS Standards An understanding of BS EN ISO 17025 and or UKAS Calibration procedures Technical qualification such as, HNC, NVQ/BTEC, or signatory status, or relevant experience Knowledge and or previous experience of calibration practices and theories Computer literate with a knowledge Windows-based operating systems and or Indysoft.
