I'm currently working with a leading, sustainability‑focused building services consultancy that's looking to appoint a Senior / Principal Mechanical Engineer to join its growing team in Solihull
.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector, and Net Zero developments
. You'll take a lead role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion, while mentoring junior engineers and building strong client relationships.

• A proven track record of leading projects across the full design lifecycle
• Strong client‑facing and project management skills
• Experience with industry‑standard design software and UK Building Regulations
• Chartered status (or actively working towards CEng) is advantageous
