Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Working across multiple sectors (highways, rail, power and energy) involved in the engineering design of a variety of structure types—from bridges to buildings and including temporary works. Training will be provided where required. The role offers a varied workload and opportunities to develop and broaden your skills in new areas.

• MEng, CEng (ICE or IStructE)
• Excellent structures design capability
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
• A client-focused approach with understanding of construction best practice
• Act as a technical lead for the delivery projects
• Good working knowledge of structural analysis software
• Experience in the production of calculations/drawings, risk assessments, specifications and reporting
• Lead, line manage and develop a delivery-focused team of engineers and technicians
• Manage schemes including client reporting, programming, resource planning and commercial management
• Secure and deliver works to new and existing clients
• Bridge Design
• Building Structure Design
• Civil Engineering Structures Design
• Temporary Works Design
• Experience in rail / highways / power sectors
