Maintenance Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer

£43,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus benefits and progression opportunities

4 on 4 off, rotating days & nights

Commutable from Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas

As a Maintenance Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting production machinery and site equipment through reactive maintenance, fault finding, breakdown repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), machinery improvements, installations, and project work.

• Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship, hold relevant engineering qualifications, or have significant maintenance engineering experience gained within industry.
• Previous maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing, production, FMCG, distribution, logistics, or industrial environment.
• Experience with conveyors, packaging machinery, bearings, belts, motors, sensors, drives, inverters, relays, contractors, three‑phase systems, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, automated equipment, robotics, or material handling systems.
• Mechanical or electrical maintenance background – multi‑skilled engineers are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly and adaptable approach to work with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with a hands‑on approach to fault finding and problem solving.
