• Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance.
• Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and heavy equipment.
• Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance.
• Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects.
• Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.

• Electrically or mechanically qualified – to a minimum of an HND level.
• Proven track record in managing maintenance within a heavy engineering sector.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
