Jobtailor seeks an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) professional to lead UK Portfolio Maintenance activities. You will plan, schedule, and deliver maintenance programs for critical facilities, ensuring cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
You will engage stakeholders across the business, manage budgets, and coordinate with WE&O to align maintenance with capital improvement plans. A degree in engineering and MRICS/PRINCE2/APMP qualifications are preferred.
