Your new companyWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the UK and Ireland's Building Services sector. This company specialises in innovative, sustainable, and offsite-prefabricated energy solutions, delivering projects across the UK and Europe.

They provide full turnkey design, build and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating systems. Their BIM capability plays a central role in project delivery, ensuring highly coordinated, data-rich models that drive efficiency, precision and collaboration across design, manufacture and construction phases.Your new roleAs an MEP BIM Engineer, based in Birmingham, you will play a key role in the development, coordination and optimisation of mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) building services models.

Working closely with design engineers, project teams and offsite fabrication specialists, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, fully coordinated BIM models that support both construction and prefabrication processes.

You will be actively involved throughout the project lifecycle, from design coordination through to installation validation and as-built handover, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency at every stage.
