We are seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Engineer to lead the design and delivery of heat pump, HVAC, and mechanical building services projects. You will provide technical leadership, manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of our design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead heat pump and HVAC system design from feasibility through detailed design, commissioning, and operational support.
• Produce and review technical reports, specifications, calculations, layouts, schematics, and plant selections.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure design quality, compliance, and successful project delivery.
• Support site surveys, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational optimisation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
