Senior​/Principal Mechanical Engineer

We are working alongside a privately‑owned Building Services consultancy operating for over 25 years, looking for an ambitious Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer with aspirations to progress long term to work alongside the Technical Director in Birmingham, developing & growing the business across the Midlands and South. An exciting chance to join an established business with a strategy in place for sustainable & profitable growth.

This position would suit a Senior looking to move into a Principal role or a Principal with desires to progress to Associate - and beyond!

Your workload is varied offering different challenges and rewards, with involvement in management and also delivery. Projects sectors include Custodial, Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial and much more. With support, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the business including business development, commercial/financial management and resourcing.

You will be responsible for leading complex mechanical engineering projects within the company, overseeing design teams, ensuring project quality, client interaction, and technical expertise across all aspects of mechanical design.
