Geoscience Lead, England

• Leading the development and growth of our geoscience services across England
• Winning work, building client relationships, and contributing to business strategy
• Providing technical leadership across contaminated land, geotechnical, and ground investigation projects
• Managing and mentoring a growing team
• Supporting multidisciplinary delivery across planning, water, infrastructure, and environment
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and best practice across all outputs
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders

• Extensive experience in UK geoscience consultancy
• Strong technical background in contaminated land across England and Wales
• A proven track recordof winning work and developing client relationships
• Experience leading projects and teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Chartered status (e.g.CGeol, CEnv) or working towards
• Experience in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of UK planning and regulatory frameworks

• The role may require travel (including occasional overnight stays) across the UK and overseas, depending on project requirements
• A full clean driving licence is desirable
