ABOUT
THE ROLE You’ll take on a leading position within our Northampton team, acting as the focal point for geotechnical expertise locally while being supported by a wider Midlands team of 30+ geotechnical specialists and a national division of around 100.Working under the leadership of Paul Eastwood , Geo Regional Director for the Midlands, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality geotechnical solutions across a diverse range of projects.
Your role will include:
Leading and delivering ground investigations and geotechnical designs
Developing robust ground models
Producing clear, high-quality interpretive reports
Designing geotechnical structures including foundations, earthworks, slopes, retaining structures and ground improvement solutions
Acting as a technical leader and growing the geotechnical capability within the Birmingham teamYOUR IMPACT This role is about more than delivery, it’s about building something.

ABOUT YOUYou’re an experienced geotechnical engineer with strong UK consultancy experience and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience scoping and delivering geotechnical investigations and designs
Strong ground modelling and interpretive reporting skills
Experience designing a range of geotechnical structures
Confidence working independently and leading technical delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (BEng, BSc or higher)
