Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver mechanical design across a range of building services projects

· Support projects through RIBA design stages from concept to detailed design

· Produce calculations, specifications and technical reports

· Work closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams

· Contribute to sustainable and low-carbon design strategies

· Attend site visits and support project delivery
 
What they're Looking For:

· 2-5 years' experience within a building services / MEP consultancy

· Experience in mechanical design (HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation systems)

· Working knowledge of relevant UK building regulations and standards

· Familiarity with software such as Revit, IES or similar design tools

· Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

· Desire to progress and work towards chartership (CIBSE/IMechE)
