How You Will Do ItProvide technical support across Fire and/or Security projects during the delivery phase.
Review and develop design information to support successful project execution.
Ensure designs and technical documentation comply with relevant standards, specifications and customer requirements.
Support compliance with BS5839-1 and other applicable industry standards.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Installers, customers and other stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
Review, coordinate and implement design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce and update technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
Support the production of as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
Attend project meetings and site visits to support design delivery and resolve technical issues.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting agreed deadlines.
Identify opportunities to improve design quality, efficiency and project delivery.
Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience in a Fire and/or Security post-design engineering role.
Strong technical knowledge of Fire or Security systems, with experience supporting projects through delivery.
Knowledge of BS5839-1 and relevant industry standards or best practice.
Experience working on projects valued at 500k+.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience working within fast-paced, collaborative project environments.
Must have continuously resided in the UK for the previous 5 years to meet security vetting requirements.#LI-JB3#LI-Hybrid Summary Location :
