Project Manager Rail & Infrastructure

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing project management consultancy operating across the rail and transport infrastructure sector, working with clients including HS2, Network Rail-affiliated organisations, Midlands Rail Group, and long-standing train operating company partners.

This is a client-side project management role. You'll represent the client's interests on projects ranging from a few hundred thousand pounds to £10 million, either interfacing with third parties delivering work on the client's behalf, or managing the delivery of client-commissioned construction projects directly. Projects are almost always customer-facing new stations, station improvements, walkways, and similar passenger experience upgrades.

• Salary: £50,000 £ 60,000, depending on experience (likely mid-£50s for the right candidate )
• Pension: 5% employee / 8% employer contribution
• Annual leave: 26 days plus bank holidays, with a genuinely flexible approach
• Travel & expenses: mileage covered for client site travel, meals and hotel stay covered when overnight travel is required, and pool cars available for high-travel roles
