An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Senior Drainage Engineer to join a growing engineering consultancy on the outskirts of Birmingham.
With a strong pipeline of work, the role offers the chance to take a leading role in the delivery of drainage, highways, ground modelling and external works across a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, business park and industrial developments.
The successful candidate will be experienced in drainage design and confident using PDS, Civil 3D and Micro Drainage. Responsibilities will include leading drainage and highways design, contributing to planning submissions and preparing associated technical and legal documentation.
Experience with highways Section Agreements and Flood Risk Assessments would be highly advantageous, along with the ability to manage projects and provide technical guidance to more junior engineers.

About you:- Chartered Engineer status
- Strong experience in drainage design, ground modelling and external works
- Proficiency in PDS, Civil 3D and Micro Drainage
- Experience delivering commercial, retail or industrial developments
- Knowledge of highways Section Agreements and Flood Risk Assessments
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of projects
