The Role

This is your chance to play a key role in delivering high-profile data centre projects across Australia and overseas. Supporting our Senior Design Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the design process; coordinating teams, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless delivery.

What you’ll be doing :

Supporting the management of large-scale data centre projects.

Coordinating design teams and tracking deliverables.

Managing project tools and documentation systems.

Organising meetings, workshops, and site visits.

Liaising with commercial teams and contributing to QA processes.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, expert team with a strong pipeline of exciting projects. It’s a fantastic environment to grow your skills and make a meaningful contribution.

The Skills

What We’re Looking For You’re proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and bring a positive attitude to every challenge.

Key attributes:

Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical discipline.

Understanding of construction design processes, building systems and multidisciplinary coordination.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across project teams.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to develop within data centre design management.

Candidates from an architectural background should demonstrate a strong technical focus and experience with engineering-led design. Experience in technically complex sectors such as data centres is advantageous.
