We are looking for a Luxury Vehicle Valet to support a premium customer experience within a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in high standards, understands the importance of customer experience, and is motivated to deliver exceptional results every day.

About the Role

As a Luxury Vehicle Valet, you will ensure every vehicle is presented to the highest standard, reflecting our commitment to quality and modern luxury. You'll take responsibility for safely handling high-end vehicles, preparing them for customers, and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

1 Chester Rd, Castle Vale, Birmingham B35 7RA

Pay Rate: £15.91 per hour.

Hours:

37 hours per week (Days only).

Mon-Thu: 07:00 - 15:00

Fri: 07:00 - 12:00 (Early finish!)

What You'll Do

Deliver a customer-first service with professionalism and care.

Prepare, clean and present vehicles to premium-quality standards.
Safely move, park and manage high-end vehicles in a busy environment.
Work efficiently to meet quality, time and performance KPIs.
Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring vehicles leave the area immaculate.
Operate effectively under pressure while maintaining calm, consistent behaviour.
Take ownership of tasks, working independently and contributing positively to the wider team.
Report any issues or Quality concerns promptly.
