As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor – making customers feel welcome, serving great food & drink, and keeping the buzz alive from the first hello to the final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across different areas, and raise issues when needed.

Your Impact
  • Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
  • Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
  • Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
  • Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; challenge age‑restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
  • One‑team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed – front of house, floor, food & beverage, cleaning – so service flows smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Customer‑first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
  • Pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
  • Team player energy – clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
  • Experience:

    previous customer‑service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
