Position: Guest Experience Operations Lead (Attractions)

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a dedicated individual to lead the Guest Experience Team in Birmingham. You’ll inspire your team to deliver outstanding experiences that ensure every visitor enjoys the playful world of LEGO. Responsibilities include overseeing attractions, creating guest experience plans, and enhancing health & safety procedures.
