Our client, a well‑established and growing organisation based in South Birmingham, is looking to appoint a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their finance team. Working exclusively on this opportunity, we are seeking a qualified finance professional who will provide high‑quality commercial insight, support operational decision‑making, and partner closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, multi‑site environment.

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum

Working Pattern:
Hybrid

• Act as a trusted finance partner to operational and non‑financial stakeholders
• Deliver monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets and business reviews
• Provide proactive commercial analysis and insight to support decision‑making
• Analyse financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities and trends
• Support balance sheet reviews, cash flow and working capital improvements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Proven ability to partner with non‑finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail
