Finance Analyst

Our client is seeking a Finance Analyst to support commercial decision‑making, deliver high‑quality financial insight, and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Full‑Time

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum

• Prepare monthly financial reports and performance dashboards.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Provide financial modelling to support strategic initiatives and key business decisions.
• Partner with operational teams to identify risks, opportunities, and cost efficiencies.
• Analyse financial and operational data to provide meaningful insight and trend analysis.
• Assist with month‑end processes, including accruals, journals, and reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvement of financial planning tools and reporting processes.
• Present financial analysis to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

• Fully qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA, or equivalent finance qualification
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in financial modelling and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
