To be considered, you must have experience of working in the property sector.
The Role Youll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing, robust reconciliations, and insightful reporting across multiple funds and portfolios. Working closely with internal finance teams and external partners, youll help drive operational efficiency and support wider business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting operational finance activities across multiple areas Maintaining reconciliations between internal systems Processing and reporting tenant transactions Recognising profits across a range of funds Delivering process improvement and project work Liaising with outsourced finance teams and external investors Supporting audit processes and providing financial information Calculating and posting portfolio-wide adjustments Responding to GL, AP, and cash-related queries Analysing KPIs to help prioritise workloads Building strong relationships across Investment, Development, Property, and Corporate teams About You Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ICAEW) preferred;
QBE considered Strong Excel skills and solid IT literacy Excellent understanding of transactional accounting and ledger impacts Experience in finance operations or process-driven environments Detail-oriented, organised, and disciplined Confident working with and supporting experienced, non-qualified staff Property sector experience is advantageous, but not essential Proactive, enthusiastic, and service-focused mindset Whats On Offer Salary: £50,000 £ 57,000
Hours:
