Finance Business Partner
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working available) Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits
We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a leading professional services organisation in Birmingham. This is a pivotal role, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge, and support across a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to operational and commercial teams, translating financial data into actionable insights.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Deliver accurate management reporting and variance analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support resource allocation and investment decisions, influencing senior leadership with clear recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and business cases.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post‑qualification experience.
- Proven track record in business partnering within professional services or complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and non‑finance colleagues.
- Strong analytical and modelling capability, with advanced Excel and data visualisation skills.
- Commercially astute, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
