Head of Finance

We are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing facilities management organisation, recently backed by private equity
, as they look to appoint a Head of Finance
.

This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the commercial finance function and play a key part in shaping the next phase of growth.

Reporting into the senior leadership team in the group function, you will lead the commercial side of finance, acting as a true business partner across senior stakeholders.

This role will suit someone who enjoys pace, autonomy and influence, and who is comfortable driving change in a growing, evolving environment.

• Strong background in accounts and commercial finance / business partnering
• Experience in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
• Highly commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
• Comfortable working in a change-led, PE-backed or growth business

• Salary of up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
