A Private equity-backed hospitality business experiencing rapid growth across multiple sites is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team.

As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with site and operational leadership teams to provide financial insights and analysis that drive business performance. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, helping translate financial data into actionable business decisions.

You will be a vital link between finance and operations, ensuring financial discipline while enabling growth and innovation across the business.

• Partner with operational teams and senior management to provide financial guidance and commercial insight.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple sites.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Prepare detailed management reports and presentations for board meetings.
• Support capital expenditure planning and investment appraisals.
• Monitor and improve key business KPIs to drive operational efficiency and financial results.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic projects and growth initiatives.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with strong commercial experience.
• Proven track record as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within hospitality or multi-site operational businesses.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercially minded with the ability to challenge and support operational teams effectively.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a focus on delivering results and adding value.
