Credit Controller – Infosys BPM

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage a trade debtor ledger and drive cash collection in a fast‑paced environment.

• Control the debtor ledger, ensuring accurate client details and timely payment allocation.
• Facilitate debtor payments against agreed terms and take action on late payment to root cause resolution.
• Log, escalated and follow up on customer queries with relevant departments.
• Lead monthly reviews with Operational and Finance teams to highlight debt risks and opportunities.
• Manage the collection system, adhering to best practice standards and providing detailed information for Debt Reporting.
• Support the health and safety of all colleagues within the business and report incidents via approved processes.

• Previous experience in a Credit Control role within a fast‑paced organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced competency with MS Excel.
• Commitment to get the job done, including working outside normal office hours when required.
• Proactive, solution‑orientated and able to work independently.
