Bonus: 10% based on company and individual performance

• Analyze financial results, trends, and budgets across assigned regions
• Identify and communicate variance drivers to operations leaders and management
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership
• Develop and track key performance indicators on expenses and operations
• Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly forecast updates
• Incorporate M&A activity impacts into forecasts
• Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support to operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with BI tools a plus
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
