Senior FP&A Manager | High-Growth Tech Scale-up | London
£100,000 - £110,000 plus bonus, options and excellent benefits
I’m supporting a rapidly growing technology business that is now entering its next phase of scale, with continued product expansion and increasing international footprint.
This FP&A Manager role is a key hire within the finance team, taking ownership of group financial planning, forecasting and commercial insight. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring financial data is clear, actionable and supports effective decision making.
Key Responsibilities- FP&A & Forecasting – Lead group‑wide budgeting, reforecasting and long‑range planning cycles, ensuring plans are robust, aligned to strategy and clearly understood across the business.
- Commercial Analysis & Metrics – Own analysis of key subscription and growth metrics including LTV, CAC, retention, payback and contribution margin, providing insight to guide investment and growth decisions.
- Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, cash forecasting and strategic initiatives, supporting both day‑to‑day decision making and longer‑term planning.
- Business Partnering – Partner closely with teams across product, marketing, commercial and operations to track performance, assess new initiatives and support strategic priorities.
- Reporting & Insight – Prepare clear, structured analysis of performance, cost movements and variances, translating complex data into practical insight for senior leadership.
- Process Improvement – Enhance FP&A processes, reporting and tools to ensure they are scalable, efficient and aligned with a high growth, international environment.
- Qualified or part‑qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience in a high‑growth, consumer, subscription or technology‑led business.
- Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills with a commercial, data‑driven mindset.
- Experience owning budgeting and forecasting processes and improving FP&A frameworks.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics and growth drivers.
- Confident communicator, comfortable partnering with non‑finance stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Hands‑on, adaptable approach suited to a fast‑paced, scaling organisation.
