Finance Business Partner

A high-performing professional services firm in Central Birmingham is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership and drive profitability across the business.

This is a visible, high-impact role partnering with Execs and operational leads to shape performance, improve margin, and support strategic decision-making.

• Partner with Exec and senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
• Deliver insightful FP&A, turning data into clear commercial recommendations
• Analyse profitability by client, service line and project
• Support pricing strategy and cost optimisation initiatives
• Build and enhance reporting to improve visibility and accountability

• Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong background in FP&A and business partnering
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders
• Commercially astute with the ability to challenge constructively
• Experience with in professional services is advantageous
