Role: Payroll Advisor Irish Payroll - 12-month fixed term with potential to go permanent

Responsibilities
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll for employees in Ireland in an accurate and timely manner
  • Managing payroll related queries and resolving any discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring adherence to current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws specifically for Irish Regulations
  • Collaborating with the Time and Attendance team for Ireland to ensure timely and accurate submission of information
  • Collaborating with local HR teams in Ireland
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Preparing and submitting reports as required
Essential Criteria
  • Full Proficiency in SAP payroll software (End to End)
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and procedures relevant to Ireland
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
  • Proactive team player
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
