A growing financial advisory firm in the West Midlands is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and support the management team in their growth. This full-time role offers hybrid working and a salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and have at least 2 years' experience in an IFA compliance role, while demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills.
