A leading global multi‑asset trading and investment platform, known for its innovative technology and strong European heritage, is expanding its UK Compliance team. The firm is looking for a passionate and driven Compliance Associate to join its London office. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment where your expertise contributes directly to maintaining excellence in regulatory standards.

The Compliance function acts as the organisation’s second line of defence, ensuring the business operates within legal and regulatory requirements. The team partners closely with senior management and front‑office teams to support strategic objectives while upholding the highest standards of integrity and governance.

• Carry out monitoring activities within the Compliance Risk & Control Framework
• Support second‑line reviews of first‑line processes and related analyses
• Assess and report potentially suspicious activity in line with AML/CTF obligations
• Assist with investigations initiated by regulators or external parties

We’re seeking a motivated, analytical Compliance professional with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
