There is an opportunity for a personable and client‑facing employment tax professional to lead the central business and work closely with the National Employment Tax and Global Mobility Teams to drive the business forward. The role offers the prospect of advancing to partner in the medium term.

• Lead the central employment tax business and collaborate with national and global teams to grow the practice.
• Supervise and train junior team members.
• Support and mentor staff on market positioning, client relationships, technical excellence, and internal responsibilities to prepare for partnership.

• Sound knowledge and experience of employment taxes and their practical implications.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen in addressing client needs and problem‑solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead others.
