Regulatory Compliance Assurance - Execution Manager

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance risks, control environments, and regulatory expectations within a global financial institution.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and the use of assurance and/or control testing methodologies in second or third line roles.
• Experience supporting assurance, audit, control testing, or risk assessment activity in a complex, highly regulated organisation.
• Ability to interpret emerging regulatory developments and risk themes, translating them into practical insights that shape assurance activity.
• Strong analytical capability, able to draw insight from risk information, assurance findings, and operational data.
• Confidence translating complex risk and control matters into clear, practical messages for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, working effectively across business lines, geographies, and control functions.
• A track record of supporting high-performing teams and promoting strong professional standards in a risk and control environment.
