Do you enjoy working with numbers, staying organised, and supporting teams behind the scenes? Join our Finance Team as an Accounts Payable Support Volunteer and play an important role in helping our services run smoothly and efficiently. This role supports Change Grow Live teams across the organisation by helping to process invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure payments are handled correctly and on time.
Your contribution helps ensure our services can focus on supporting the people who need them most. As an Accounts Payable Support Volunteer, you will support the finance team with day‑to‑day tasks.
- Help process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately.
- Support the management of invoices through finance systems (training provided).
- Assist with processing consolidated invoices where required.
- Help reconcile supplier statements and identify any discrepancies.
- Respond to payment‑related queries in a helpful and professional manner.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and organised financial records.
- Support the team with general administrative finance tasks as needed.
- Full training, including finance systems and processes.
- Ongoing guidance, supervision, and support.
- Valuable experience in finance, administration, and accounting processes.
