We are currently working with a leading national Financial Planning firm to appoint a Personal Wealth Adviser to support their client base across Kent
. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced adviser to join a respected organisation offering high-quality clients, solid earning potential, and long-term career development.

• Deliver holistic financial advice to clients through face-to-face and virtual meetings
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Use cash flow modelling and planning tools to provide tailored advice
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
• Identify new opportunities and introducer relationships
• Maintain regulatory, compliance, and service standards

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 6 / Chartered desirable)
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills
• Confident using cash flow modelling tools
• Client-focused and commercially aware

• Uncapped, linear bonus structure (20%+ achievable)
• Hybrid working and flexible client meeting options
• Ongoing support toward Chartered status and career progression

• Mid-Senior level
