Client Accountant - Hybrid (3 days WFH / week)
Birmingham
£35,000 to £40,000
Working hours:
9am to 5.30pm
Location:
Birmingham office 2 days / week, 3 days WFH / week
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and overseeing day-to-day financial transactions
- Performing reconciliations and ensuring accurate management of client funds
- Processing payment runs in line with contractual requirements and deadlines
- Allocating cash receipts and resolving account queries
- Preparing monthly client accounts and financial reports
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting ad hoc projects and wider team initiatives
- Previous experience in a Client Accountant, Property Accountant or similar finance role in real estate
- Experience managing client portfolios and stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, reporting and financial controls
- Part-qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- CIS experience would be advantageous
