Audit Senior Manager - Not Profit

We’re BDO, a leading accountancy and business advisory firm that supports Britain’s high‑growth businesses. We need an experienced auditor to join our Audit team and help deliver accurate, transparent reports for our clients.

• Manage your own audit engagements, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Provide accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders, adding long‑term value to the business.
• Lead audit procedures and supervise junior staff, coaching and developing team members on site.
• Apply professional standards (UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP) to produce reliable financial statements.
• Stay current with economic and market trends, integrating relevant insights into audit work.

• Holder of an ACA, ACCA, ICAS qualification or an overseas equivalent.
• Education up to degree level or CTS.
• Experience supervising and coaching junior staff on audit engagements.
• Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.
• Understanding of firm services, regulatory compliance, and anti‑money laundering practices.
• Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
