R Collard is looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate Administrator to join their friendly team in Eversley. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain valuable commercial experience within a growing business, with exposure to sales support, customer service, sales ledger and cash book control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post bank and cash transactions
  • Process payments and BACS uploads
  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
  • Resolving invoice queries and payment disputes efficiently
  • Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
  • Producing aged debt reports and providing regular updates to management
  • Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness
The Successful candidate will have
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • A professional and customer‑focused attitude
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a finance team
  • Full driving licence
