Financial Accountant

We are currently partnering with a pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Birmingham
, who are recruiting for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 and the start date is subject to notice
. This is a fully office based role.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a few years post qualification experience.

• Preparing Monthly Management Financial Reports including forecasts
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Cash management including bank reconciliations and cashflow reporting
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations including follow up and resolution
• Identifying, developing, and implementing process and system improvements for maximum efficiency and compliance
• Manage stock take and reconciliation of book stock to physical stock count results
• Month end process and closing
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Supporting external audits

• Background with cashflow, reconciliations and supporting with audit

• 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
