The OpportunityAs a Senior Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting advisers and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the full financial planning journey.
Working closely with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and internal teams, you’ll manage a varied workload, handle complex administration and build strong relationships with clients, providers and professional contacts.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being trusted, taking responsibility and playing an important part in a successful and growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners
- Manage the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through to ongoing servicing
- Prepare and process new business applications accurately
- Coordinate client meetings, valuations, meeting packs and follow-up actions
- Liaise with providers, solicitors and other third parties
- Prepare client documentation, Letters of Authority and application forms
- Maintain accurate client records using internal systems
- Support Paraplanners with case preparation and submissions
- Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
- Support improvements across processes and service delivery
- Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team
- Previous experience as a Financial Planning Administrator, Senior IFA Administrator, Wealth Management Administrator or similar
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process
- Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using XPlan is preferred, with Voyant experience advantageous
