About the role## What this role does.

Eva Esi is a whole new model line, built on the research from Forlais. It is a significant launch, and you can help shape it.

You will run finance for Eva Esi through launch: payroll, budgets, cash planning, payments and the revenue reporting that tells us how the business is really doing. The role starts hands-on and grows with the company.

What we look for## Qualifications.
* Have run finance for a company or a business unit, from budgets through to reporting.
* Comfortable being the first finance hire and setting things up properly.
* Careful, accurate and straightforward about numbers.
* Bring an open mind and genuine readiness for a learning curve.
* Are results oriented and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes.
* Are willing to adapt and try new ideas.

Bonus## Nice to have.
* Payroll, VAT and UK company finance.
* Subscription or usage-based revenue reporting.
* Stripe or comparable payment platforms and reconciliation.
* Cash and runway planning for a growing company.
