U.S. Bank is seeking a Trust Concierge to provide high-quality client service to an affluent client base as the bank acts as trustee, agent or custodian. You will resolve problems, process routine requests, and ensure compliance within authorized limits.
You’ll typically be the first point of contact for clients, and you may perform Medallion Signature Guarantee and wire callbacks to prevent fraud and ensure wire accuracy. Robust fiduciary knowledge and customer-service skills are essential.
