360, based in Birmingham, is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to report to the CFO. You will lead an 8-person finance team, identify control weaknesses, and design solutions to mitigate risks while producing monthly management accounts and a narrative for board reporting.
You will also partner with business units to drive efficiencies, manage month-end close, budgets, forecasts, and treasury support. Strong ACA/ACCA/CIMA and advanced Excel are essential.
