Bell Cornwall Recruitment is working with a growing property business/mortgage brokerage in Birmingham to recruit a Mortgage Sales Manager. You will lead a small team of mortgage advisors and administrators in our Jewellery Quarter office and actively transact mortgages yourself.
The role is office based, Mon-Fri. Salary £35,000–£40,000 per year, with DoE and OTE up to £50,000. CeMAP qualification is required and strong stakeholder communication is essential to drive performance and growth.
