We are working with a top tier International law firm as they look to recruit a Banking & Finance Solicitor. The team work with a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of financing transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending.
The Role
- Advising on a range of issues across a full remit of banking and finance issues
- Developing and maintaining knowledge on issues within banking and finance
- Autonomously handled a varied caseload with minimal support
- Actively participating in business development opportunities and maintain currently relationships with clientele
- Provide high quality legal advice to clients
About you
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
- Solid grounding in banking and finance
- Personable individual to work within a collaborative team
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards professional development
