Head of Finance

• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Own month-end, management accounts and board reporting.
• Oversee financial controls, compliance and statutory reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Business partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvements and automation.
• Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions and investment projects.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• An experienced finance leader with strong financial control and reporting expertise.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about developing teams and improving processes.
• Ideally experienced within an SME, mid-market or growing business environment.

• A genuine No.2 finance leadership role reporting to the CFO.
