Position: Global Panel of Judges for GRC & Financial Crime Awards

The GRC & Financial Crime Prevention Awards & Summit, organised by THE MORGANS, is expanding its independent Panel of Judges for the 2026 Africa and Europe Awards.

As the Awards continue to grow in scale, reputation and international participation, we are seeking accomplished, ethical and highly respected professionals to join our global judging panel.

If you are passionate about recognising excellence, promoting integrity and contributing to higher professional standards across Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Financial Crime Prevention, Cybersecurity, Audit, Ethics and Corporate Governance, we would be delighted to hear from you.

We are looking for senior professionals with experience in one or more of the following:

Governance & Board Leadership, Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crime Prevention,Anti-Money Laundering (AML),Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF), Fraud Risk Management, Internal Audit, External Audit, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data Protection & Privacy, Operational Resilience, Third-Party Risk Managements & Sustainability, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Fin Tech, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, Public Sector & Government, Academia & Research, Legal & Regulatory Affairs e.t.c

We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:

A strong reputation for professional integrity and ethical leadership

Significant senior leadership or technical expertise within their profession

Proven experience in independent assessments, evaluations, audits, award judging or regulatory reviews

The ability to make objective, impartial and evidence-based decisions

Independence from conflicts of interest and a commitment to confidentiality

Excellent analytical, critical thinking and report-writing skills

Sound professional judgement supported by practical industry experience

A commitment to fairness, transparency, diversity and inclusion

The ability to work collaboratively within an international judging panel

Preferred Qualifications:

Applicants should ideally possess one or more recognised professional memberships or certifications, Other recognised national or international professional bodies.

Equivalent senior professional experience will also be considered.

Successful applicants will:

1. Conduct independent and impartial evaluations of award nominations.

2. Review submissions against published judging criteria.

3. Declare and manage any conflicts of interest.

4. Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the judging process.

5. Participate in virtual judging meetings where required.

6. Provide constructive scoring and professional observations.

7. Support the integrity, credibility and reputation of the Awards.
