BCA Group in Blackbushe is recruiting a Business Process Lead for Record to Report and Plan to Perform on an 18-month FTC. You will oversee the R2R and FP&A streams, ensuring robust ERP solutions via Dynamics 365 F&O and strong financial controls.
You will partner with finance, technology and external partners to deliver successful process changes, data mappings and UAT, with emphasis on governance, risk and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
