Lend Invest is seeking a specialist to lead recoveries on complex short-term Development Finance and Bridging Finance lending cases. You will work closely with Lenders, receivers, and the senior team to recover outstanding debt and manage security interests.
You will apply expertise in real estate finance, planning, and insolvency to support the loan book, with a focus on mitigating losses and ensuring responsible lender practices. Hybrid work arrangement offered across the UK.
